The small self lives in hell. There are times that I will slip into the small self’s lies. We have a Divine, True self and a small self that is of this physical world. That small self is just fine you know. We use it to do stuff like order business cards and make decisions as to what may taste good or fit into a box or do math or whatever is practical. The small self though also adopts our cultural knowledge of an inflated ego or being separate from each other and feeling worth less than another so there is compensation in a negative way. These are lies that we tend to believe rather than remembering the Truth that our Divine Self knows. The truths of Love and Unity. Well, there are many, many times that I will fall into some old habits and believe the lies of our small self. It’s not my intention, but situations we are in will cause me to react initially in my small self. The good news is those reactions are my inspiration to move up the vibrational ladder into a higher vibration. One of Love and not of Fear. Anger can be a very beneficial emotion. Of course, I think of Jesus and the story of overturning the tables in the temple because they were defiling a holy place with self seeking behaviors of our small self. I think there are reasons for emotions such as anger or sadness or whatever. We shouldn’t condemn them, but use them to realign to higher vibrations of Love or Forgiveness. These feelings are to help us understand where we are and how to grow our skills of living in our Divine Self.
Here is the Abraham Hicks scale of vibration. When we catch ourselves in the lower vibrations, ask for help and seek to understand how to move upward. Remember, our vibrations inform every cell of our bodies. Low vibrations bring illness and high vibrations bring vibrant health.
