Every Reaction Creates an Action

So I extended interest in my neighbor’s camper I called a turd. He explained what was going on with it since he was an engineer in a previous chapter of his life. He said he has almost gotten it fixed. He explained the complicated process. It is funny how me giving some interest in his process made him feel cared for and he softened. His response also softened my angered attitude for being woken up each morning by pounding outside my balcony. He and I have had some turbulence over the years where there were times we did not talk. I felt I needed boundaries or worse that my ego was damaged. He was excited to talk about how he fixed his camper. What is a turd to one man may be a vintage piece to another. I’m sure there are memories and nostalgia associated and this is a story he can tell about how he put in hours to make it leak proof and respond again appropriately.

When one responds in love, a loving response can be given back. A high vibration will raise the resonance of every tone around it. It reminds me of a blog I wrote recently about a fella in a truck who responded after some thought with a nice tone about my license plate regarding living the golden rule after he was irked. After we had a wonderful conversation, he tried the same thing with someone after me and the other person’s response wasn’t of a high vibration … in fact, the darkness of his violent sounding response elicited a low vibration response in the fella I was in such a kind conversation with.

We all have heard every action creates a reaction, but remember how quite the opposite can be true too. Every reaction creates an action. How we respond to others dictates their response to us. If we approach in Love and Light which is a high vibration, then Love and Light will be acknowledged even if they cannot reach inside and give back Love and Light. You have changed someone when you respond whether you respond with kindness or unkindness. I choose to respond with Love and when I don’t, then I want to recognize that it is an opportunity to practice and start over with a higher vibration of Light.
