Telling the truth was never my forte. I was raised with some fairly extreme punishment when I made a mistake. This type of child-rearing pushed me to not tell the truth. In fact, there were times where my mother knew I was lying and didn’t want to deal with the lie and accepted my lie as truth. I was in some ways taught to lie.
The Truth is not necessarily about honesty that I am speaking of, but this is a form of Truth. I think everyone understands that type of Truth. There is also an Absolute Truth. Divine Absolute Truth is always true and always will be. Examples of this Truth is God is Love or we are all One and in Unity. There are so many Truths we can recognize. Truth is not just about factual accuracy, but about living in alignment with your divine nature.
Truth is a frequency. Truth vibrates at the highest level and will cause other vessels to vibrate at that frequency. Real Truth is about a Knowing and living in your integrity. Applying that truth frequency is integrity. Knowing the real Truth of divine Wisdom that is in every cell of everyone and everything will heal. It gives meaning to life. Changing ourselves by acknowledging our Truth is done by sculpting and shedding the skin that no longer serves us like a snake.
Truth shapes timelines. Our destiny awaits. When we are in our Truth, we create our future. We fast track our becoming like Christ when we are living in Truth. We must first become aware of what Truth is. When we are discovering and living our Truth, we are unfolding the true Path we are to be on. We see things fall right into place. We are in the right place at the right time. It is effortless to move forward and gifts await us. I have seen this in my life and in others. When we live with faith and believe the promises we are told by our Truth, our Path holds dear virtues. Instead of living through lessons, we live with a bounty of plenty that we could have never even imagined.
Sometimes, we have to ignore the voices of doubt that clutter and fog the Way of Truth. It is easy to believe those doubting voices. They come through so strongly and they are familiar. They are even our comfortable place we can live in that essentially are full of discomfort. Those uncomfortable circumstances influence and inspire those doubting voices. The discomfort make us victims. We at times will live in that victimhood even though being a victim is a lie. We are always and in every moment given the opportunity to make choices for our life. This deletes the victimhood. We are always given choice, even before we came here in this lifetime. God does not choose to put you in a life of suffering. God only wants us to recognize our Truth. The Truth of Love is who our Creator is and who we are.
Living in your personal Truth is a repeated reminder I have been receiving recently. I feel that one of the purposes of my existence in this lifetime is to learn to stand strongly and independently. I think this because I was born with little to no family. This was very difficult and hard as we all crave support on this Earth. As I have mentioned before, I was adopted and did not have very good or close adoptive parents. Abandonment, rejection and neglect has occurred in my life, although it is not my identity. I do not struggle with it, but it can be a trigger to prod me to perfection when it raises it’s ugly head. Why was I born into this circumstance? It was to help me to stand strongly and independently. I bet that I was very enmeshed with my family in a past life and believed and did whatever they believed and did. Acceptance has been another issue for me and of course when you stand in your own Truth, you may not feel an acceptance from others. I can reflect on my childhood and I was so easily swayed by other people’s opinions. I would hate others if they hated them. I would drop friendships if I was told to. Even though I can appear to be such a rebel, I acquiesced very easily.
So a Personal Truth is self-defined. This is a truth that is for me and me alone. It is still absolute, but absolute for me. Using substances such as marijuana or alcohol or tobacco is something that I cannot do. I believe they are plant medicines that can be used for spiritual growth. They are tools given by our Creator not as a trap, but for growth. They are usually abused and used recreationally. It is said in the Bible that Jesus drank wine. He manifested the best wine for a wedding party as a miracle. So, I feel these tools are here for our benefit and enjoyment even… just not for me. This is an example a personal Truth that I must adhere to regardless of everyone’s insistence that they are okay for me to use.
There are many more things that are fitting or not fitting for me as a unique human here on Earth. We all have extreme uniqueness. None of us are exactly the same even though we are all One. Often, there are juxtapositions that we see like this. We are not the same, however we are. My past experience from this lifetime and past lifetimes are influential with my personal Truths. I must recognize what works for me and against me. I must adopt the beliefs and things that work for me that I understand and relate to. I must let go of what no longer works for me and that I cannot relate to. We have a responsibility to listen to our uniqueness. We must love ourselves and nurture our personal needs. This is of upmost importance for me.
What are some personal Truths that you must adopt or have put into practice? Have you listened to your personal needs? It is difficult in our culture that is full of peer pressure. Our culture is based on power and money and the small self. We see t-shirts that say unrelated things like “yoga, dogs and wine fuel my life”. So maybe this is okay or maybe they are unrelated concepts for you. It is up to you to decide. Where I live, marijuana is legal and sold to any adult for recreational use. I have friends that scoff at me when I say I cannot use this drug/medicine. I see judgment to those that refuse to drink alcohol possibly to justify their own use. They may know that it is unhelpful for them and are reminded of this by those that stand in their personal Truth.
I must stand strongly and independently in my personal Truth. I must know what habits and beliefs work for me uniquely. I have some beliefs that others disagree with. That is okay since I believe we are to carve out our own unique Paths that are different from anyone else. This process is not easy. We are all wanting to be accepted. It is difficult to be different, but our choices and brave stances can impact others to stand in their own Truth.
Today, I want to boldly stand in my personal Truths. I want to represent my unique Path with integrity. This is for my own self-love and for the love of my brothers and sisters. We are all One and we can stand in our Unity by recognizing our own uniqueness and live appropriately. Remember, your Truth can be different from another person’s and we can still be United. Love is unconditional and a big part of that is allowing others to make their own choices based on what they desire and is best for them.
Pray for me as I pray for those around me to live in my personal Truth as well as the Absolute Truths that are Universal such as … we are all One and God is Love.
One Love.
