Physical, Emotional, and Spiritual Therapy
I provide therapy coaching to assist people in achieving their ambitions and becoming the human being they want to be. Learning to be uniquely you and do what you want to do is the end game of my endeavor. My goal is to help people develop and/or whittle down habits and behaviors into a lifestyle that reflects their True Nature.
We are each a unique construct of existence, created to express our gifts and purpose in this lifetime. Helping you to transform into your True Self is the foundation of my work. We can develop new skills and abilities, find answers within ourselves, and remove habits of thought and behavior that limit our growth. An abundant life is available to us, and sometimes all we need is another perspective to give us a leg up to find the achievement we desire.
My approach addresses the physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of life.
For physical change, I provide hands-on assistance through manual therapies such as body work, along with guidance in diet and exercise. For emotional and spiritual growth, I help provoke new thoughts and ideas by exploring the reasoning behind our current choices. Through questioning, teaching, knowledge, and Wisdom, we can discover our own unique Path and become more fully the person we desire to be.
We have been given the great power of choice to live regardless of what anyone else thinks. We can make bold choices in this life, and I believe it is both our right and our responsibility to do anything we want to. Nobody should tell you what to do when it comes to how you live your life. You get to decide that. This is not selfish, but self-love. Selfishness is when others tell you how to do it. Self-love is choosing how you want to pursue life and becoming the person you desire to be. My purpose is simply to assist you on that journey.
There are many trails that lead to the top of the mountains we wish to conquer. We are all mountaineers, and throughout life we will encounter many mountains. The choice of which mountains to climb is ours. We can view the various trails before us as opportunities for adventure, challenge, growth, and discovery.
We do not have to follow the trails others choose. Wouldn't it be boring—and even dehumanizing—to walk only the path others tell us to walk? Life would become like rush-hour traffic: queued up, bumper to bumper, waiting to take the next step at the pace of someone else. We were not created to live that way.
If you are looking for another viewpoint to stimulate your growth—whether physical, emotional, or spiritual—this is a good and safe place to begin. It is safe because every choice remains yours. My role is not to tell you what to do, but to help you see possibilities, ask better questions, and discover the path that feels true to you. When you consciously choose how you want to live, grow, and contribute, you honor our Creator, yourself and the opportunities you are given.
